How Much Is Invisalign? You Might Be Surprised
How Much Is Invisalign? While that question has a variety of answers, the only true answer can’t be stated until after a patient has completed a full examination. According to Colgate, the ballpark figure can range from $3,500 and $8,000. While that may seem high, it is quite comparable to the current cost of traditional braces.
Factors Affecting the Cost of Invisalign
Invisalign treatment is different for every patient. As such, an orthodontist cannot offer a one-size-fits-all pricing structure. Some of the major factors that affect how much Invisalign costs are:
- The degree of misalignment
- Number of tray alignment sets necessary
- Length of the treatment period
- Location of the orthodontist/patient (rural areas tend to be less expensive)
- Promotional offers/new patient specials
- Insurance or Health Savings Account (HSA) offsets
While not a complete list, the above displays a good base for why costs may vary greatly from one patient to another. To determine the actual costs for each custom treatment plan requires a complete exam.

So… How Much Is Invisalign?
Once you have completed your Virtual Smile Assessment, you can schedule an in-person examination in either of our office locations. Smile Style NY has offices in Yorktown Heights and Mount Kisco to serve patients in all areas around Westchester. After the Virtual Consultation, you should be scheduled for a complete examination.
During a full examination, the doctor will review your past medical and dental history and check current x-rays and digital images. An oral examination will complete the process. The doctor will then form a complete treatment plan, offering your best options for treatment. Treatment recommendations include pricing, duration, and everything you will need to know.

Once you select a treatment option, the final pricing will include everything. Our office staff will work with you to determine what your insurance allowance will cover. If you have a Health Saving Account (HSA) through your employer, any funds available will also lower the final cost of Invisalign.
The remaining balance after insurance and HSA offsets can be paid in many ways. Smile Style NY accepts most major credit cards and works with Care Credit to develop payment plans. Our goal is to provide affordable treatment plans that fit easily within your budget.
